# neverswipe — full overview

> neverswipe is an invite-only introduction service operated by squidcode and powered by our proprietary agentic intelligence. Instead of swiping through profiles, you brief your personal agent — who you are and who you hope to meet — and it quietly does the looking, interrupting you only when a match is genuinely worth your time.

## What it is
neverswipe replaces the swipe deck with an agent. You don't perform a profile or judge a grid of faces. You tell your agent, in your own words, who you are and who you're hoping to meet. The agent does the searching in the background and surfaces an introduction only when there's a real reason to.

It is:
- **Invite-only.** You join through an invitation from an existing member. Each member holds a small number of invitations to give to people they actually want in the room.
- **For adults.** You must be 18 or older.
- **Private by design.** Your photos and their analysis are used only to help match you and are never shown to other members.

## How it works
1. **Sign in with Google.** No passwords to manage.
2. **Talk to your agent.** In natural language, describe yourself ("about you") and what you're looking for ("looking for"). The system extracts structured attributes from what you say so the matcher can reason about compatibility.
3. **Add photos.** Each photo is analyzed privately by our proprietary agentic intelligence — a fully automated system, never a human — to understand appearance and context. This stays server-side and is never exposed to other members.
4. **Get introductions.** Our proprietary agentic intelligence compares members and proposes compatible introductions, with a short reason. Introductions, not impressions.

## Where it operates
neverswipe launches one city at a time, on purpose: an introduction only means something if the two people can actually meet, so density in a single place matters more than reach. ## Invitations
Membership grows through personal invitation. When you join, you receive a few invitations of your own to pass to friends. Inviting people who actually join moves you up the approval list. Invitations are meant for people you know — not for public posting or resale.

## Privacy
- Photos are stored privately and served only to you (and, for support/moderation, administrators) — never through public links.
- Photo and profile analysis — including sensitive attributes you choose to share, and uncertain visual estimates — is used only for matching and is never displayed to other members or used for advertising.
- Where you state something about yourself (for example your gender identity), your own words are authoritative.
- Analytics are cookieless (Umami). The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

## Terms
